Health and Safety Guidelines

Ramo D’Olivo Health & Safety Commitment

Ramo’s downtown Bentonville wine bar and shop has always been a haven for lovers of great wine, great music, garden experiences and pure, fresh-pressed olive oils. That remains unchanged.

But we have made a few adjustments. In preparation for welcoming you back, the Ramo team has been working to ensure we’re creating a safe environment – for you and for our staff! – while still offering unforgettable service and hospitality.

We want you to rest assured that we are following all recommendations we have received from county and state officials and health departments.

Restaurant and shop employees are wearing face masks for the safety and comfort of guests.

Employees are screened daily, for cough, fever, sore throat and other symptoms.

Dine-in guests are required to wear masks until they are seated.

Frequently touched surfaces will be sanitized throughout the day.

Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the wine bar and shop.

Tables, chairs & glassware are sanitized prior to guest arrival and between seatings and our food handlers will be wearing gloves while serving you.

Tables are spaced a minimum of 10ft apart, so that seats are at least six feet from seats at other tables. Restaurant seating is limited with groups larger than 10 restricted.

We invite you to call ahead before joining us at our wine bar or garden patio. Carryout as well as $5 delivery remains available.

All procedures are subject to change based on guidance from the CDC and applicable local, county and state health departments.
